An end-of-season gift for the coach, from the whole team
The season is over and the coach gave every Saturday. Families chip in what they want, from $10, and nobody sees who gave what, not even you. The coach picks their own gift and keeps the team's messages in a KadoBook.
How it works for a team parent
Start the pool in the free KadoPool app
Add the head coach and the assistants, and set each person's share. It takes about two minutes.
Invite the families
Invite them by e-mail from the app, so the reminders reach them, and share the link in the team chat or print the QR code for the last game. Families pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with no app or account.
Let the reminders do the chasing
With automatic reminders on, KadoPool nudges the people you invited by e-mail who haven't chipped in yet, about 3 days and 12 hours before the closing date. You see who has chipped in, never who gave what.
Send the gift
The coach chooses gift cards or a prepaid Visa card, and keeps the KadoBook of the team's messages.
A KadoBook from the team
Every family can add a message in the free app, and children can add a few words to their parent's. Add a KadoClip, a short video made from the messages, at most $3.99 per recipient, for the end-of-season party.
Help the club too
Link the pool to your club and KadoPool gives it 30% of our fee. If it hasn't joined KadoPool yet, we invite it and keep its share for it for 12 months. It never comes out of the gift.
What it costs
Organizing is free. Each payment carries the card processing and KadoPool's 2% fee: about $1.53 on a $25 gift. You choose whether it comes out of the gift or is added on top. See pricing

Can we thank the head coach and the assistants?
Yes. One pool, each with their own share and their own gift.
Do families see what others gave?
No. Amounts stay private, the organizer included.
Do families need the app?
No. They chip in from the link on any phone or computer. Only you, to set up and send the gift, and the coach, to open it, use the app.
Can I keep it a surprise?
Yes. Turn on "Surprise pool" and the person you're thanking hears about it only when you send the gift.
