Your organization's share is tracked separately via Stripe Connect — the same identity-verification and payout rail used by every modern payments platform. KadoPool never commingles your funds with our operational accounts.

Data Privacy

We never share parent, staff, or member data with third parties. No participant data is ever sold or stored beyond what's required for secure payments.

Zero Administrative Work

We handle payment processing, contributor notifications, and customer support. Deposits arrive automatically — at least annually, or sooner if your accumulated balance crosses our payout threshold. No reconciliation, no chasing payments.

Unrestricted general funds

We don't restrict how you spend the money. Equipment, insurance, materials, operational costs — you decide where the funds do the most good.

A note for your treasurer

The 30% your organization receives is paid by KadoPool, not by individual contributors. It's characterized as a commercial referral fee, not a charitable donation, and individual contributors don't receive a tax-deductible receipt for KadoPool gift contributions. How your organization records the deposit on its books (program income, unrestricted revenue, etc.) is your accounting team's call — we're happy to provide whatever documentation helps.
